Canadian Nationals … just around the corner & more “Royal” than ever!

ArabianHorseGlobal.com is proud to bring you the 2012 Canadian National Championship Show live from Brandon, Manitoba, Canada August 13-18, 2012.  This is the second of four AHA National Championships ArabianHorseGlobal is bringing you this show season!  The Canadian National Championships, affectionately known as the “Royal Red”, is in its 55th year and promises to be another great horse show.  The Championship competition is expecting approximately 700 of the top Arabians and Half-Arabians from across the U.S. and Canada.

This year’s show features six new classes, including four Yearling Sweepstakes classes for both yearling colts and fillies in the purebred and Half-Arabian divisions.  These classes offer $40,000 dollars in prize money and will be featured at the beginning of each evening session Monday-Thursday of the show.  Two new English classes are also new to the show this year: Purebred English Pleasure AATR and Half-Arabian English Pleasure AATR. Both are expected to be very competitive additions to the line-up!

Show coverage will be brought to you from both the Westman Place Arena and Westoba Ag Centre daily!  Register online to receive our daily schedule of events by email, so you don’t miss your favorite classes!  We encourage viewers to join us for this event online ~ NO PASSPORTS REQUIRED!

    North American Arabian Regionals take their cue from the Region 7 Championship Show, always the first regional of the show season. Held annually at the WestWorld Show Facility in Scottsdale, Arizona, this year’s Regionals will kick off with the ASHO4U pre-show on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 24th and 25th, immediately followed by the Region 7 Championships held Thursday through Sunday, April 25th through the 28th. One of the larger Arabian Regional shows, Region 7 frequently attracts between six and seven hundred horses.
